First bug fixes.

Fixes :
- Login form double error messages
- Admin sidebar disapeared
- Bad root path in some cases
- Cannot delete tags and photos when installed with a prefix
- Limit of photos in albums don’t match in the administration panel
- Update from 2.1.2 in some cases failed
To install, just copy the whole content of the zip file without the folders below:

admin/conf/
admin/cache/
